		Pink Antistatic Film And Bags Antistatic material helps dissipate electrostatic charges. Low minimums available Most commonly found as a pink tinted color Any color available but require higher minimums than pink tint Most custom options available




		Co-extruded Mailer Tape Bags Tough white/gray co-extruded film used for maximum puncture resistance. Opaque white with gray interior---opacity will not allow contents to be seen Normally 00225 to 003 mil Low minimums (can be as low as 1000 on most sizes) Tamper proof tape (either tape or hot melt glue adhesive) on lip used to permanently close bag upon sealing Any size can be manufactured---9x12, 12x15, 15x18 18x22 are popular sizes for mailers. Samples available upon request. Printing can be done up to 6 colors on 2 sides




		Ice Bags & Ice Film Specialty freezer grade film utilized for puncture resistance and ability to withstand low temperatures without cracking or losing seal integrity Can print and convert into any bag size desired Can be supplied as printed roll-stock Wickets are a common custom addition Bags and roll-stock can be printed up to 6 colors on 2 sides

		General Description of Popular Film Types Low Density Polyethylene ( abbreviated LDPE ) Most common film used in bag manufacturing. FDA/USDA approved. FDA certification letters available upon request. Naturally clear film. Colored films in tints and opaques are available. LDPE can be blended with other films or additives to create or improve certain characteristics of the film. See below for popular examples. Ethyl Vinyl Acetate (abbreviated EVA). When added to LDPE, EVA softens the film for freezer applications. Lowers sealing temperatures making it better for form fill and seal applications. Overall, EVA adds toughness to the film.
