Typical order cycle order placed art received or created dimensionalized proof for approval sent detailing bag or rollstock size, print location, print appearance, pms colors an costs. edits to proof made if needed once approval is received, print plates are made and the job is scheduled. We can accept existing art files or create a design that fits your needs/desires. Art files accepted in Illustrator, Quark and Photoshop Digital proofs provided for all new or changed print jobs prior to production




		Warehousing - Make & Hold 2 manufacturing/warehousing locations in Albany NY and Thomasville NC Both facilities can make product in higher volumes and release product according to your needs. Warehousing your custom items allows ease in inventory management and frees up cash




		Imported Bags When volumes demand off-shore prices, we can provide high quality, lower cost imported bags 10 year relationship with a bag company located in China and headquartered in Los Angeles CA Currently import over 100,000,000 bags a year




		Packaging and Labeling All the following available upon request. Please call if you have specific requirements. Otherwise, the bags will be bulk packed in reasonable case counts Packaging: Specific case counts Banding or bundling in specific amounts Inner bagging within master cases Slip sheeting within master cases Poly lined cases Labeling: Bar codes Specific part numbers/ PO numbers Lot numbers provided for tracking Item descriptions and size UPC code for product in case




		Slitter / Rewinder See chart for specifying the desired wind. Slitter / rewinder width is 65” Can slit as narrow as 2” and up to 24” OD rolls Any type of foil, plastic or paper can be slit
